We want you to love your Callyssee coffee-infused skincare, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our eligibility criteria for a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box, include your RMA information, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
